• Urban Worm Movement Products: Packed and shipped directly from our location in Spring, Texas.
• Third-Party Products (via Shopify Collective & partner suppliers): Shipped separately by our trusted collaborators. You may receive multiple packages based on your order contents.

• Standard Delivery: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
• Transit Time: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.
• Partner-Fulfilled Products: Processing and shipping timelines may vary. Refer to product details or contact us for updates.

🐛 Live Animals (Composting Worms)

• Shipping for live animals is timed for optimal health and safe transit.
• We may pause shipments in extreme weather conditions.
• You'll receive tracking info once your worms are en route.

💰 Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
• Some partner products may include separate shipping charges.
