🛍️Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you purchase from Urban Worm Movement. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it better:

🐛 Products Shipped by Urban Worm Movement (Excluding Worms)

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Please contact us before returning.
• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🐌 Live Animals (e.g. Worms)

• Worms are non-returnable..

🔗 Products Sold Through Shopify Collective or External Partners

• Each partner has its own return policy. For these items:
  • Check the product page for return eligibility and deadlines.
  • Refunds may take longer depending on the partner’s process.
  • Reach out to hello@urbanwormmovement.com and we’ll guide you through the steps.

📦 Order Issues & Damaged Items (excluding worms)

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it quickly — either by replacing the item or offering a refund.  (See Worm Guarantee)

🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like another product, please return your item and place a new order.
