Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Worm and Insect orders may require additional handling time to ensure safe, secure packaging.

Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS, UPS, or other carriers depending on product type, destination, and weather conditions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and package weight.


Worm and Insect Shipments

To protect worm and insects during extreme heat or cold, carriers may hold packages for pickup at your local post office or facility.

Please monitor your tracking number closely. If a package is not picked up within a few days, carriers may return it to us without notice. Urban Worm Movement LLC is not responsible for carrier‑initiated holds or returns.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Postal holds

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Events outside our control


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please check your tracking updates regularly, especially for worm or insect shipments.


Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Urban Worm Movement LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to all states or regions due to agricultural regulations or carrier limitations.
