Live Insects
We do not issue refunds for DOA (Dead on Arrival) worm and insect orders. Because worms and insects are sensitive to weather, carrier handling, and pickup delays, all lworm and insect sales are final.
Merchandise Returns (Non‑Worm and Insect Items)
Non‑worm and insect merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused

In original condition

In original packaging
A 20% handling/restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled until 5 PM CT on the day they are placed. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction processing costs.
Once an order has been accepted and processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Workshop Cancellations
Workshop cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the scheduled workshop date so we can adjust venue arrangements.
Cancellation Deadlines:

Saturday Workshops: Cancel by the preceding Wednesday

Sunday Workshops: Cancel by the preceding Thursday
Cancellations made after these deadlines are not eligible for a refund.
